for everyone

Lord, take me pass the borderline of Christianity

Take me pass the noisy chipmunks that I see

There is a place where eagles fly, in realms of prophecy

Sighting dreams and visions, seeing every mystery

When storms arise and rage, let me clearly see

Pass the borderline of fundamental Christianity

Yes! Pass the borderline of Christianity

Living in that place where Your face I only see

With nothing between my Saviour and me

I soar above the gloomy clouds of adversity

Climbing even higher in places made for me

Pass the borderline of fundamental Christianity

You've taken me pass the borderline of Christianity

From the realms of humanism to realms of the unseen

Living in the supernatural reality

Where things eternal are tangible to me

Acquiring that faith which gives me victory

To live pass the borderline of fundamental Christianity

“We have a lot of those yet today. Just on the borderline: whichever way the wind blows, why, they go with it.” The Prophet Elisha - W.M.B.

“God wants somebody who'll really go all the way, give all you got, soul, body, and spirit to the service of the Lord.” Separation From Unbelief W.M.B.

And I think that's like a lot of people like Ahab today, and I say that Ahab was a borderline believer--a lukewarm, half-baked, so-called believer.
Notice, always an axe to grind, but he wasn't satisfied with what he had, he had to try to go get more. And that's the way the church gets sometimes; you can't be satisfied with Jesus and the good old fashion experience of a good old, backwards, sky-blue, sin killing religion. You have to go to dangling around in the world after something else. And the devil's always present to give you what you're looking for. [Quotes of the Prophet]

That is nothing but the truth. We are straying from what should be and growing cold and formal or getting our self worked up but not by the word. The people of old are not on fire no more and it is falling onto the youth. There is a binding spirit going around. A fear that can I do this or am I out of place. All I know is that we need to get back to the word, back to the spirit, back to God.
Yes the devil comes and offers you things and when he has got you in what you call a glories place, you are then caught. He then ruins you basically saying 'how dare you ever go to God'. Then you are bound and it's only God who can bring you back. On;y His love and mercy.
We need to planted by the river of waters, we need to be consecrated only to God. We need to be planted firm and deep in the saviour. We need the holy ghost that keeps us.

Amen and rightly said BB. We need to be planted by the rivers of water. God has only one provided place for the Believer and that is in Christ; that is in His Word. He is the living water that our life should be planted in and we will never be removed by any wind of doctrine that blows our way; no matter how tempestuous it may be.
If Christ is our compass and north star we could never go off course.
I better put a pause here because I feel like I'd be going on and on and I might start to sound out of place (like a preacher). God forbid. (^_^)
God bless you and I read between the lines of what you wrote. Let's garrison each other in prayer.

Sis Jas,
I think Sis. Arlene's song " Borderline" compliments this poem wonderfully.

Thats a wonderful poem my sister. May God help us to be like Joshua and Caleb who were genuine believers.

I will love to hear that song again because I don't remember how it goes. I must ask her to sing it to me and I'll see what you are talking about.
