for everyone

In the realm of the stars, amazing things are happening. On May 7th, 2007, NASA released a report about a colossal exploding star that stunned NASA astronomers. This event was five times brighter than any supernova ever witnessed by astronomers. It looked like millions of illuminated diamonds bursting forth with blood-red clouds surrounding it. The NASA scientists also speculated that there will be another large explosion like this, only much closer to the earth, and that it would be sometime soon. We also know that a large nebula is now set to blow, according to Dr. Peter Tuthill of Cornell University in New York. The recently discovered nebula is called the Red Square Nebula, and it is a brilliant white cross that turns blood-red in all directions from the center. The nebula is a perfect four-square pattern, and Dr. Tuthill made the following statement: "The thing that really takes your breath away is the astonishing degree of symmetry within the intricate linear forms. It's almost like a crystal." As I read the report and looked at the picture, I was reminded of Revelation 21:16, which says: "And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal." As I thought about the professor's words, "It is almost like a crystal", I remembered Revelation 21:10-11, which says: "And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal." We must also remember that in the science of astronomy a red shift means an object is moving toward you. Is this a sign of the approaching city of God, or is it the city itself? We will soon find out!

Doesn't it appear like you are above looking down on a pyramid?

What is particularly astonishing about the Red Square, the researchers say, is the degree of symmetry seen in lines, or "rungs," that bisect its surface. The rungs appear as shadows, and their makeup is uncertain. (Could it be Jacob's ladder or the seven steps of the pyramid?)

The new findings suggest the system's perfect form results from an even outflow of gas. "The reason the Red Square remains so symmetrical is that there is no material that has interfered with the outflow, so it has preserved the symmetry it was born with," researcher James Lloyd of Cornell University said. (and I'll say amen to that)

Tuthill and Lloyd spotted the Red Square using the 200-inch Hale Telescope at Caltech's Palomar Observatory and the Keck-2 Telescope in Hawaii.
